Conditions for Returns

Unopened Products: Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packagingare eligible for returns.
- If the product or packaging has been opened, we regret that we cannot process your return.
- To expedite the process, include photos in your email to demonstrate the unopened condition of the product.
Shipping Responsibility

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and Restocking Fees
