We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please review the following guidelines:

Cancellation Window

Orders that have not been fulfilled (i.e., not shipped) can be cancelled at any time.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@memoriesandscents.com with your order number.
Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the Return Policy if you no longer wish to keep the product.

Process for Cancellations

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the cancellation as soon as possible and send you a confirmation email.
Cancellations are not possible once the product has been dispatched for delivery.
