Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Memories&Scents. Below, you’ll find our shipping policy, including details on delivery times, costs, and processes. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to most regions within the EU and North-America, including both urban and rural addresses.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping within The Netherlands:
    • Estimated delivery NL: 1 business day
    • Cost: €4.95. Free for orders over €30,-
  • Standard Shipping within EU (excluding NL):
    • Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days (depending on country)
    • Cost: €6.95. Free for orders over €50,-

  • Standard Shipping outside EU - Switzerland, Noway, United Kingdom:
    • Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days*
    • Cost: €35,-.Ā 
      * Customs may delay delivery, taxes not included
  • Standard Shipping outside EU - Canada, United States, Caribbean Netherlands:
    • Estimated delivery: 3 business days*
    • Cost: €55,-.Ā 
      * Customs may delay delivery, taxes not included
    • We are ILT-certified for the air transport of dangerous goods (IATA), as recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak periods, such as holidays, sales events, or the time period between Halloween and New Year's Eve, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier disruptions.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. International Shipping

  • We ship to selected international destinations.
  • Customs fees, import taxes, and additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If an item is missing from your order or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos or documentation to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

  • Ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
